we are not responsible for any kind of these following points....
- Any loss of misdirected or data emails.
- Delays in the software downloading or getting activation details or any types of the communique delays
- Delay due to any unexpected uncontrolled factor
- We are not responsible for Mail being marked as SPAM/ Other by the emails customer's applications or by the emails server being used by the clients
- Emails for activation and download are bounced by the receiver and sender mail server due to any reason.
Section-3) -
We will not accept any refund appeal on below circumstances
- Once Software has purchased and got all the software fulfillment emails, then you don’t require the software any longer
- Unintentionally, bought software and now want to remove it from the system.
- I wanted to purchase another software but by mistake purchase VARTIKA SOFTWARE PRIVATE LIMITED Software
- Purchasing software is not suitable on running and using machine
- Unable to use the software as fundamental requirement is not fulfilled by your machine.
- Postponement fulfillment emails on weekends.
- Without assessing demo version, I have purchased the software and found it's not full my requirement.
- Customers have not demanded technical support before submitting refund request
- Clients have not followed the instruction given by support staff in order to use to solve the issues.
Section-4)-
Refund will be made only if one of the below conditions hold true. Please Read Carefully....
- If the Client was able to perform the operation as stated with demo version but the functionality was not there in the Full Version of the VARTIKA SOFTWARE PRIVATE LIMITED Software.
- If the VARTIKA SOFTWARE PRIVATE LIMITED Support Team fails to help the client resolves the issue stated in Section.
- If our software fails to perform the respective job, then please contact with our Technical Support Team at support@vartikasoftware.com! Our Technical Support Engineer will analyze the case and analyze your files in our Recovery LABS or by remote connectivity. If they are unable to recover or repair your appropriate file then the FULL purchase amount will be credited to your credit card. Refund is strictly based on this condition if they fail to provide the full assistance.
Section-5)-
We are not responsible for misinterpretation by customers of material published as part of promoting the software by VARTIKA SOFTWARE PRIVATE LIMITED SOFTWARE. In this case, all the responsibility lies with customers for getting the correct understanding from the VARTIKA SOFTWARE PRIVATE LIMITED Supported Team
Section-6) -
From the date of receiving the "Letter of Destruction" from the customer, the repayment will be managed within 30 days. Any delay than 30 days will be informed to the customer through email from VARTIKA SOFTWARE PRIVATE LIMITED.
